Enable automatic start ups of Klever services

Description
After rebooting a server I found out that Klever services do not start up automatically. Let's do that.
- Blocked by Feature #9002: Switch to systemd scripts from init.d ones added
- Target version changed from 2.0 to 1.1
This issue is not strictly bound with purposes of 2.0 that targets verification of C software.
- Target version changed from 1.1 to 2.0
Change the target version as for the blocking issue.
- Target version changed from 2.0 to 3.0
- Priority changed from Urgent to High
- Target version deleted (
3.0)
We have no time to implement these tasks in Klever 3.0.

Let's try to include this within Klever 3.0.

Tests passed, so, I merged the branch to master in 96c24e01c.
