Change the way to identify sub-jobs

Description
When fixing #8980 I did much more work to identify sub-jobs in a more proper way than it was done before. But that was a quite large change that resulted in a strange hang up after all. So, we decided to postpone it until Klever 2.0.

It does have sense to report as additional attributes bug identifiers introduced for validation jobs.

Numerous attempts to reproduce hang ups failed. Let's see whether somebody else will catch them.
