When fixing #8980 During last two days I did much more work noticed twice that the sub-job component hanged up. I don't understand whether this is a regression due to identify sub-jobs in a more proper way than recent changes or it was done before. But is an old bug that was a quite large change that resulted in a strange hang up after all. So, we decided now happens sometimes due to postpone the changed environment. As far as I can decide from logs, the sub-job component enters _core.vtg.collect_plugin_callbacks_ bug doesn't exit it. Most likely it until Klever version:2.0. hangs in the inner cycle when importing VTG plugins. If one will localize the issue better, it would be great.
