Description
At the moment our validation set is deprecated. There is one incorrect task where bugs aren't fixed by a commit. Also some reasons of missed bugs, non-target bugs and false alarms are incorrect.

Updated descriptions according to the current results and moved them from job.json to marks presets.
Implemented in 8084-marks-presets based on core-new-formats and new-report-data.

I merged the branch to master in 4339da97 as a part of branch core-new-formats.
