Fix messages and their translation

Description
We didn't do this for a long time, so, many translations are incorrect or completely missed.
- Blocked by Feature #10460: Get rid of unclear parentheses when representing Safes, Unsafes and Unknowns added
- Status changed from New to Feedback
I did this in branch translate-messages. Since I changed code a bit, I would like to hear from Vladimir that everything is okay still.
Seems like everything is ok.

Great! I merged the branch to master in e350d3bb1. Starting from it everybody can use Russian for Bridge! In addition, I fixed some English messages as well, though there is still much terminology work to do.
