Indeed there is another issue. Let's consider the following example:

job 1 - user has an access
  subjob 1 - user has access
  subjob 2 - user doesn't have an access

Then at the job page user will see:

job 1 (link)
  subjob 1 (link)

But at the job 1 page:

Children:
  subjob 1 (link)
  subjob 2 (not a link)

We suppose to fix the latter by displaying:

Children:
  subjob 1 (link)
