Description
To see Description for mark I need to open a separate page
For example the bug description for http://ldvstore:8998/reports/unsafe/68013/
is shown only on the page http://ldvstore:8998/marks/unsafe/view/74/
at the very end

Description can be too long and unsafe can have any number of marks. So firstly I need to restrict length of marks' descriptions, and it will not be html element (now you can use html tags in descriptions), but just small one-line text. If table with marks will have descripions then I will put it under table with attributes. So you need to scroll page to see marks. This scroll will annoy you when you scroll error trace or source code. Are you really sure you want it?

It is a feature for discussions I don't need it immediatelly.

I think some way of expand/collapse may be used to reduce page size with descriptions

But you will need to click on expander to see the description of the mark as you click on mark too see description now. The difference is in first case you click LMB, but in second case - MMB (middle mouse button).

The difference in what I see.
In the first case I see description on the same page.
In the second I see it on the new page. On that page I don't have error trace and can't understand the meaning of the text without it

To not have marks on error trace page is very inconvenient. It is a major degradation in usability regarding the old interface.
It is already discussed in bug #7164 with pictures in the context of creation marks.
The proposal is to move Attributes section below Marks and to use for them the whole width.
Marks are shown in compact way by default, but could be expanded for editing.
Compact view includes: description, verdict, status and tags.
A button to create a new mark is also always available below the list of Marks.

- Status changed from New to Rejected
So, let's just reject this issue as a minor duplicate of #7164. One day there we will think more on what should be done.
