Description

There are actually two problems. If the Klever version is given as a branch name or tag, which is already checkout, and creating symbolic links is allowed the script still copies the base.

Another issue is that at development installation with CURRENT Klever version and allowed symlinks the scripts skipped build bases installation at all without prompting anything regarding this issue.
