GraphML printers: use dotted arrows for Module->(Module| Process) hierarchy dependencies

Description
For GraphML printers all the dependencies (including control flows and hierarchy) are shown as simple arrows. Hierarchy should be separated from this logic and should be shown by dashed or dotted arrows.
