Description
It is important issue. If this is not allowed, we will need to create some workarounds.

According to official site https://samate.nist.gov/SARD/testsuite.php for "Juliet Test Suite for C/C++":
"This software is not subject to copyright protection and is in the public domain. NIST assumes no responsibility whatsoever for its use by other parties, and makes no guaranties, expressed or implied, about its quality, reliability, or any other characteristic."

Nice to hear. So, I hope there is no license texts and references in test cases themselves.
