Description

Marks are important source of data which reused from one job to another or from one bridge instance to another.
Unlike results marks are created manually. Like the other sources of manual writings to effectively manage its development it would be good to use repository to store its versions.

Tags now may be effectively stored in the repository.
I propose to have a text format for downloaded marks to store them effectively in repository.

All downloaded entities from Bridge have a text format always. Sometimes there are just ZIP archives because there are several text files and even directories corresponding to one entity. So, I do not see any sense to implement this feature request. Perhaps, there are other intentions that were not mentioned in the issue description.
