Description
As we removed build stage from Klever, the following options are now useless and should be removed:
- "Build" option at start solution page in "Operations parallelism" section
- "Generate Makefiles in "other settings" section
- "Allow use of local source directories" option in "other settings" section

Completely agree. Klever 2.0 will not deal with original sources anymore.

Branch klever-2.0 passed all tests and I merged it to master in 72be796e3 marked as v2.0rc1.
