Require add model for v4.15 because of changes in
struct scsi_host_template
struct timer_list

Specifications are seem to be ready, but also they need appropriate tests. If everything will be okay during 2-3 weekdays, then we will be able to include the improvement within Klever 2.0.

Merged this to Klever 2.0.
Regular testing jobs do not include tests for Linux 4.15 and 4.17 kernels (their descriptions are commented out), since CIF does not work with their code. All other components are ready for the new kernel, so maybe this will be fixed on the next versions of the Klever.

Branch klever-2.0 passed all tests and I merged it to master in 72be796e3 marked as v2.0rc1.
