Inherit job titles when copying jobs

Description
At the moment there isn't any title when copying a job. I suggest to show the original one with a note, that it should be changed. The note can disappear after any title change.
- Target version changed from 2.0 to 1.1
This issue is not strictly bound with purposes of 2.0 that targets verification of C software.
- Status changed from New to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Implemented in feature_8948.
The implementation operates as expected, so, I merged the branch to bridge-imrovements for following testing.

Tests passed, so, I merged the branch to master in 80731a4.
