Klever

I made an online version of the Klever documentation using Read the Docs service: http://klever.readthedocs.io

It is possible for commits to automatically trigger new builds of the documentation using webhooks, but it requires some setup. I haven't done it yet
Alternatively you can manually build fresh versions of the documentation - I can grant admin rights to the Klever project on Read the Docs for everybody who wants to do it.

Some changes are made in the online-docs branch.
