Clarify when OpenStack login or password are incorrect

Description
At the moment there is a strange exception that doesn't point out that OpenStack login or password are incorrect. Perhaps there should be a dedicated request with corresponding error handling.

Implemented in "feature_8527" branch.
- Target version changed from 2.0 to 1.0
Since implementation of this issue isn't so hard and it is beyond of the verification workflow, let's consider it for Klever 1.0.
