Implemented in branch "feature_8417".

I found out that at the moment Bridge reports "ZIP error" when uploaded reports don't comply with restrictions, e.g. there isn't logs in finish reports. This causes infinite loops because of Core sends the same reports more and more times. Indeed Bridge should corrupt corresponding jobs.

Fixed in "feature_8417".

I merged the branch that has this feature (multicoverage) to master in 37f0c082.
