Description
LDV Tools have quite a lot of specifications that should be supported by Klever as well.
- Assignee set to Vitaly Mordan
- Priority changed from Normal to High
We shouldn't forget about old heroes. But this definitely should be done after #7237.
This feature was started in branch old_rules.
- Priority changed from High to Urgent
For instance, this is more important than #7394.
Most of LDV Tools "good" rule specifications (which were used for reference launches) have been adapted together with tests and support for MAV.
Overall 12 rule specifications were added.

I merged this branch to master in ce6cf1c.
Actually it added 14 new rule specifications: 12 from LDV Tools and 2 new ones developed by the student recently. In general we have 31 rule specifications for checking now.
