Keep and visualize benchmarks and their input files

Description
Core will upload these special files that should be stored into a database and visualized so that one can easily get them, e.g. Bridge can provide links to archives with these files.

This will help considerably to debug various issues.

Done. Branch 'reports-data'. Files should be given in archive always with log.

Implemented in 16ec17d in general for any files. I will close it when the blocking issue will be resolved.
