Description
At the moment ideal verdicts specified in validation jobs aren't used at all.
Think about comparing error traces and consumed resources as well.
- Status changed from New to Open
- Priority changed from Normal to Urgent
This will help to quickly understand statistics on validation.

Implemented in 8e2714a in master. But this difference isn't shown in the interface - #6594.
