Description
Cluster Scheduler is intended to orchestrate a cluster with a Docker swarm infrastructure to solve verification tasks and jobs.

I would like to name it "Cluster Scheduler" while Docker is just an internal technique to implement scheduling in clusters. Of course it shouldn't be the primary goal but we can try to provide some generic interface that can be implemented using different techniques.

First of all we will try to use the VerifierCloud infrastructure on our cluster. This is one example why Cluster Scheduler haven't necessary to use Docker.
