Update test generator module for schedulers

Description
Current implementation of test generator for schedulers testing is out of date.
- Category set to Scheduling
- Category changed from Scheduling to Testing
- Priority changed from Normal to Low
For me it has more sense to update the test generator since it allows to produce cases that will be hard to reproduce during system testing.
