Description

If there are no sufficient resources available, decision fails with the following error:

Cannot prepare job '9fd71bb2-6cdd-4bd0-8eb9-cbddb8294ccf' for submission:
'Given resource limits are two high, we do not have such amount of resources'

It is not clear which resources are lacking: number of CPU cores, RAM, or disk space. I suggest to explicitly mention it.

Also, there is a typo in the error message: "two high".
