Bridge should reject child reports that overwrite values of parent report attributes

Description
Now this isn't the case - Bridge just combine these values together.
This issue was revealed when trying to recalculate statistics caches for jobs where MAV was involved (#7443).

- Status changed from New to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Fixed in "fix_7526". Uploading report would fail if attributes are redefining (but attributes would be saved so user can see what attribute is redefined).

I still observe this issue perhaps due to it was incorrectly formulated. You need to check not only parent report attributes, but all attributes up to the root report. Redefinition any of attribute should result to job corruption.

This fix resulted in original behavior. Bridge concatenates attribute values with the same name when these attributes come from a component and a parent of its parent.
