Description
As we have Clade project for programs compilation, Klever should not build programs anymore and should only accept build bases as input generated by Clade.
For validation and tests it is necessary to add a script to generate build bases for tests and commits as it is too difficult to do this manually. But this script will not be a part of Core anymore.
These bases already can be provided by deployment scripts to start verification instead of program source code itself.

I did it in branch klever-2.0.
