At the moment one needs to explicitly enumerate kernel files to be analyzed with modules. This is both tedious and not so flexible in comparison with using directories. When a directory is specified it should be built and all kernel files should be added to corresponding verification objects. In addition, it is necessary to have an option to include/exclude kernel files from subdirectories as well as to exclude just particular subdirectories and files.
