Description

Recent fixes for canceling jobs resulted in infinite recursion making bad logs when jobs are actually canceled. I think that the fix is quite simple while we have many other unpleasant issues requiring clear logs.

I fixed the issue and also fixed an important bug when on killing a job already pending relevant tasks were not killed or canceled.
