Description
Each commit to the Git repository should be tested somehow. The only reasonable requirement is to complete this sort of testing in maximum 15 minutes.

These tests will bring us very many benefits and will keep very much time. I assume to automatically test all branches before merging them to master. Testing after merges will be also performed. The only requirement for developers is to push changes to branches that are already quite well.
