Due to lack of language specific decimal numbers users with non-English languages can start jobs decision with non-default settings just by manually replacing the decimal delimiter from, say, "," to "." in default settings that shouldn't be changed.

Some fixes of the pointed issue were merged to master in f40c4e4, but complete implementation of this feature requires much more.
