Description
At the moment it is assumed to use PyCharm 4.5 but nobody follows this advice since there is PyCharm 5.
Note that PyCharm 4.5 and PyCharm 5 likely indent splitted long lines differently, so one needs to firstly update to PyCharm 5 and then to indent long lines.

- Subject changed from Update developer documentation to meet PyCharm 5 to Update developer documentation to meet PyCharm 2017.1
- Priority changed from High to Urgent
Everything changes very frequently. Now, as I guess, the most of developers use version 2016.* but there is already 2017.1 available and likely everybody can jump on it.

I updated the documentation in 0303766 to master and confirm that PyCharm 2017.1.1 operates awesome as usual.
