Use the same approach to specify model state and its changes

Description
I guess that using of common interfaces like sets, maps and so on is the only proper solution. At the moment various approaches are used.
- Assignee set to Evgeny Novikov
- Priority changed from Normal to Immediate
I will do this since it is quite important for users.
No progress during 4 months - this issue was incorrectly marked as immediate.
- Priority changed from Immediate to Urgent
- Priority changed from Urgent to High
I will do this but very slowly. So let's don't put this issue together with really important issues to be fixed/implemented quickly.
