Build command extractor has unmatched problems in small regression tests

Description
There are two special problems of BCE tool in small regression tests, but they are both unmatched. I'll quickly fix this issue (I done it in bug #403 but decide to separate these fixes).
- Status changed from Open to Resolved
- Published in build set to 5662265
At the moment 2 unmatched problems of small regression tests become 'Compile error' and 'No Makefile or Kbuild file' correspondingly. So small regression tests are fully completed. Pay your attention since these changes may arise somewhere else (for example, in middle and general tests).
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
Middle regression test set task was updated. No more 'problems'.
