Doing as it is described in README leads to:

Buildfile: C:\SVN\microtesk\microtesk\build.xml

BUILD FAILED
C:\SVN\microtesk\microtesk\build.xml:23: Please, prepare build environment:
  1. run 'ant -f setup.xml' to get latest BuildBase build script.
  2. run Ant again
