Linux Driver Verification

Due to #1552 issue (and a number of another similar issues in fact) I suggest that we need to ensure that ldv-online works (that is, users can upload drivers and obtain results). I don't concern technical details. It seems to me that several times a day some simple task(s) (may be different for different parts of a day) should be automatically uploaded and then verification results should be checked in some way.
Moreover ldv-online QA should try to automatically fix or/and describe arisen problems. For instance, it can restart client and server, try to upload and check results and report us whether restarting fixed the problem.
