Description

Instead, it prints:

warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to localhost:11111 (Connection refused) in /srv/www/vhosts/linuxtesting.org/ldv/include/lsapi.php on line 372.

I'll try to fix this problem now since it's the rather critical one!

We fixed network settings (with Kostya) for LDV. Please, check if it started working...

Yes, it works now! But I have an idea that we have to avoid such situations, especially, since ldv-online is our front end for a lot of real end users. I'm going to create separate issue.
