I implemented models of most common functions of the bitmap API in branch bitmap-model. Let's see whether CI will pass tests including real-word drivers since these models are not trivial at all.

After some fixes tests passed, so, I merged the branch to master in 81142869d.

I made some follow up improvements in branch bitmap-model-fixes that passed tests and that was merged to master in f95721111.
