Description

It turns out that the Linux kernel on ARM uses some constructions that ruins Frama-C (CIL). We need to update it to overcome the issue.

Mikhail fixed the issue like it was in old good CIL. I updated Frama-C in branch update-cil-for-arm. Let's wait for CI since the change may be crucial somehow.
