Do not preprocess source code outputted by CIF

Description
CIF will output preprocessed source code, so Weaver will not need to preprocess it anymore. This will save quite much time, especially wall time.

I implemented this feature in 13f5a4bca of improve_deployment.

Now Weaver consumes less CPU and wall time.
