Description

There is module parameter nowayout. If it is set to true then module can't be uploaded and we shouldn't check final state. Nowadays we get quite many false alarms due to this issue.

I will do this but very slowly. So let's don't put this issue together with really important issues to be fixed/implemented quickly.

Let's fix and improve specifications after we will have good tests and a testing infrastructure (version:0.3) and likely after we will complete a considerable refactoring of Core (1.0).
