Description

When browsing through problems in statvis, it's easy to get lost. I suggest to help users and provide a small popup hint (noting special, just the standard one) on mouse hover with the problem name. Formatting it in HTML (and some problems have HTML in their descriptions) is not needed that much: the easiest solution would go.
