Need to allocate memory for priv and use kzalloc.

- Priority changed from Normal to High
ieee80211_alloc_hw() just allocates data structure, it is registered by ieee80211_register_hw().

Alexey, please, look at the table with false positives. I send it to the mailing list on the last week. I set the priority of new issues according to the number of false positives and issues with high priority have much more relevant false positives than this one.
