Description

At the moment Core waits for all reports of a current sub-job to be uploaded since they may be accidentally removed when local source directories use is allowed and a next sub-job is decided.

The given issue becomes irrelevant if we will not put anything including reports inside working source trees that is part of #7178. In branch generic-subjobs we already do so and haven't the given issue at all.
