Situation with links on local bookmarks is partially solved in in-dev version of requality that is available on eclipse update site: http://forge.ispras.ru/repo/requality/site_daily/
If there will be problems with other types of fields please provide us with corresponding example.

Current status: hyperlinks to bookmark are imported as text without HTML hyperlink to the corresponding place in the HTML document.
To do: convert .doc hyperlinks to HTML hyperlinks.

На данный момент указанная ссылка вызывает механизм поиска элемента по данному пути, насколько это корректно надо подумать
