Description
The development of this feature was frozen in the corresponding svn branch due to decision of the new architecture creation. So it must be come back in some future. Note that it's rather important feature!

Implemented in bac956b1 that passed small and medium tests successfully as well as demonstrated identical results in comparison of reference launches on 3.8-rc1 kernel against 32_7a rule model.
