Description

Stats server prints Tags column at the head of main statistics table each time. But when there aren't tags in all launches there aren't corresponding columns in table rows. This leads to strange shifts and confuses users.

Oh, I forgot to suggest a solution. I think that we should do exactly as in Bug #1892, we should hide Tags column in case when there isn't any tag in rows. And this is true for Verdicts column in case when there isn't unsafes at all and even for the whole KB column.

BTW, I have added KB tags sorting during implementation of the given issue. Don't worry, that at the moment tags on QA reference launches aren't in alphabetical order (see issue #1748).
