Linux Driver Verification

We would like to have especial page in stats server to manage records in KB.

The page should list all available KB records and provide the following operations:

- delete a record;

- edit a record;

- add a new record;

- clear KB (delete all records);
- export KB to text format;

- import KB from text format (existing records are modified only if there is an importing record with the same name).
