Не отображается картинка с русским названием

Description

1. В Unieditor или Module Editor добавляем в узел картинку, у которой в названии русские буквы.
2. После сохранения изменений узла вместо картинки отображается маленький квадратик с крестиком. в Error log сообщение об ошибке вида:
