Description

After a new name was determined in issue #2155, we could create a separate C AOP tool at last. But issue #2159 prevents us from doing that.

Separate CIF subproject was created. But we also need to create a public developer repository for CIF infrastructure (most likely it'll be svn repository of that subproject). After that some scripts, that will synchronize this repository with a corresponding submodule of the major LDV tools GIT repository, will be required.

BTW, deb7e2cd to the master branch has switched old Aspectator submodule to the new CIF submodule.
