Sort knowledge base tag statistics by the number of occurences

Description

I think the statistics for should be sorted by the number of occurrences, and instead of

alias_analysis: 2
container_of: 1
diff_struct: 4
envgen: 9
lock_unlock: 2
modlock_held: 1

we should see

envgen: 9
diff_struct: 4
alias_analysis: 2
lock_unlock: 2
container_of: 1
modlock_held: 1

This sorting is useful for tags, but, I doubt if it should not be applied to unsafe status categories (false/true etc).

I suggest that there should be "sort arrows" like, for instance, in this bugzilla when you see all issues. But by default sorting by name is better since it's rather hard to find a particular tag when tags are ordered by the number of their occurrence. In particular, it's a complex task when there is a lot of tags like here.
