MicroTESK 2.3.31 beta released

MicroTESK 2.3.31 beta has been released.

The new release contains the following changes:

Possibility to specify exclusions when selecting random registers was implemented
Possibility to free reserved registers was implemented
A bug in the sign_extend and zero_extend nML functions was fixed
